Our USA location is supposed to get an ice storm Wednesday or Thursday. It's hit or miss with these types of things but safety is always our priority. I have a Jeep Wrangler but doesn't work with an ice storm. Anyway, I'll do what I can to keep everyone informed.

We added a wifi access point and now the entire system is down. That means some orders will NOT ship and minimal phone coverage. I'm working the problem but not sure where the issue is yet. I'm doing this over my phone but because everything is hooked up to our wifi network I cannot access printers or anything else. -

Our beloved Silvia is leaving us for a week to head home to be with her mom and dad (like that's any kind of excuse) on August 12-16 so nobody will be there to ship.

I just spoke to Steve on whatsapp and was wondering,why the heck is he calling me on whatsapp. He said somebody crashed into a utility pole and they lost all power in the area. No internet, no phones, no air conditioning and it's already extremely hot.
He's got this morning's orders printed with shipping labels and will do what he can do to get them out but without power he is not absolutely sure.

We can ship through the post office and it will be transferred but our insurance carrier will not insure these and therefore if you insist us to ship and not hold them, if they go missing you forfeit all rights to reship or refunds. Our USA shipping and lab facilities in Tennessee have been hit with a winter storm of ice and 3 inches of snow. In TN this is a major thing, where as not so much in other parts of the country. The roads are not plowed and traveling conditions are dangerous.
Orders will not be shipping today.
The phones will be off as well.

Black Friday / Cyber Monday 2017 - All Caught Up!
We always do our best to ship as fast as possible, but this past weekends sale overwhelmed us, not to mention we are short staffed in our US Hub.
Good news though; we've hired on Silvia in the EU Hub and while I had high expectations for her, she has so far exceeded them. I'm really liking her. I am pretty confident all the EU troubles are behind us.
In the US, its still Bobbi and I, but we managed to get close to five to six hundred orders out over 4 days. Pretty amazing... -

Shipping Delays Expected - FedEx & DHL Tuesday February 17, 15
SW Tennessee is covered in 3-6 inches of solid Ice. We are not equipped for this type of stuff. While yesterday was a holiday, today everything is just closed. FedEx said they are doing their best to still pickup, but DHL said its unlikely.
USPS is supposed to be normal (rain, sleet or snow) but please allow for delayed packages.
Everything is being packaged like normal and ready to ship but just uncertain if they will get here to pick up. Its really cold -23 degrees- and... -

We are experiencing issues with Australian customs and until we resolve this issue all orders to Australia have been suspended. We follow all INCI laws to ensure compliance and yet Australia is not allowing our shipments to go through. Even our FedEx customs broker has said this is unprecedented.
