SW Tennessee is covered in 3-6 inches of solid Ice. We are not equipped for this type of stuff. While yesterday was a holiday, today everything is just closed. FedEx said they are doing their best to still pickup, but DHL said its unlikely.
USPS is supposed to be normal (rain, sleet or snow) but please allow for delayed packages.
Everything is being packaged like normal and ready to ship but just uncertain if they will get here to pick up. Its really cold -23 degrees- and covered in ice. We ask for your patience and understanding.

#1psyched commentedEditing a commentI had an order go out today, so looks like USPS picked up. The estimated delivery is about a day later than anticipated, but given what you are seeing in the weather it is expected. Thank you Steve for all you do to make sure we are happy customers.

#2XSteveO commentedEditing a commentUSPS did pick up like normal. DHL did not show at all and while all FedEx packages were dropped in the box, not sure if they were picked up. Tonight's temp is expected to be 6 degrees, with another storm passing on Friday. This is a continuing saga, but we are working hard to ensure limited delays if any at all.

It's official: Due to snow and extreme cold, our USA facilities will be closed this week
UPDATE: We tried to go in today, but the weather decided to sleet this morning. Roads are treacherous and not worth risking our lives.
UPDATED 1/22: The extreme cold has finally broken here in South-West Tennessee. We've been stuck in our houses for an entire week as it snowed on the holiday last Monday, and temps dipped and stayed in the low 20s to single digits. Just wanted to throw out another small update! We are getting things put together, and we have high hopes for the future!
