It's official: Due to snow and extreme cold, our USA facilities will be closed this week
UPDATE: We tried to go in today, but the weather decided to sleet this morning. Roads are treacherous and not worth risking our lives.
UPDATED 1/22: The extreme cold has finally broken here in South-West Tennessee. We've been stuck in our houses for an entire week as it snowed on the holiday last Monday, and temps dipped and stayed in the low 20s to single digits. Hi guys!
Just wanted to throw out another small update! We are getting things put together, and we have high hopes for the future! I noticed that some things were showing out of stock when we have them available, so I fixed that. However, we still do not have Xist or Evolve yet. I know a lot of you guys are looking forward to those products returning, so just bear with us! We will be back to showing the full XS experience very soon! We upgraded our network to include a wifi access point in the lab as we are in metal buildings with firewalls between the different units. Three of our units are next to each other 11, 12 and 13 and therefore connected. The gym used to be in unit 8, but we have since converted that to the new lab (more spacious) and moved the gym into unit 11. This created some wifi access issues down in unit 8, where as we could connect but not very fast or even stable.
Anyway got myself a network switch and new TP-Link router to add as an access point down in unit 8 with LAN cable to connect. Now here's the funny part; it wasn't any of that which caused the issue. I simply relocated the modem to a more accessible location so that it would all be centralized to the three adjoining units. Literally unplug and plug back in, but somehow in moving it, the power supply went bad! 10 foot move and the power-supply goes bad ~ WTF!
Anyway that's what happened and so today after resetting all back to factory defaults today will be about restoring to my custom settings. We get tons of ghost calls on the phones which interfere with regular calls, so please if you're trying to get through, be patient. Its going to take a hot-second to get all the settings back.
Most orders shipped although there were a couple we were catching up from Day of the Dead sale. We will probably upgrade shipping on some that didn't go out.
