The impact of Covid-19 has created severe disruptions across the globe. We are actively monitoring this rapidly developing situation and understand how it is impacting our suppliers and vendors. Aser Gruppe International values the relationship we have created with our customers, community members and friends which is why it's important to always be as forthcoming and transparent as possible.

Over the years we have taken steps to prepare as best as we could for any type of disruption to our supplies such as bottles and molecules. While we do have a pretty resourceful stock on hand please be aware of potential shortages in the future.

We put an extremely high-value on the relationships between people so it is of deep concern when our offices in Memphis, TN and Sofia, BG are both located where cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed. While unlikely any of our staff will come into contact with this virus, we have a responsibility to ensure we set forth protections for all.

Unfortunately because this virus has been reported to be extremely contagious I have decided to take certain precautionary steps to protect our staff, and thus you, from unnecessary exposure. Silvia who manages our Sofia office will be working remotely from her home location. She will still be answering the phone normally and helping with tickets whenever needed. All orders from the EU will only ship two times a week to limit her potential exposure from traveling back and forth daily.

Our US Office will be limited to one employee at a time and only to ship orders. Phones will be answered regularly. Until further notice we humbly request your patience with shipping times. Economy shipping orders might not ship same day if ordered before 2pm. Custom orders will potentially ship closer to ten days rather than just a couple.

I believe these are the prudent steps to take while we weather this storm and ask for everyone's patience. I want to limit the exposure of the team to any threats while continuing to exceed our clients expectations.

Please stay safe out there and take whatever steps you need to, to ensure your continued health and safety.

1. Expect Processing Delays. USA orders will ship with 1-3 day processing regardless of shipping method.
2. Cancellations for any reason inquire a 5% charge (It's what we get charged so we're passing it on).
3. Expect some delays on custom orders. Most will ship within the 10 days. No cancellations of these.
4. Phones are on regular hours.
5. Please be patient. We have the right to refuse business to mean people. Don't be mean.

USA has temporarily transitioning to making hand-sanitizer for local emergency responders. We've provided over 2000 free bottles of hand sanitizer to Tipton County Sheriffs Department, Atoka Police, Millington Police, Munford Police, Atoka Fire, Charleston Fire, Gilt Edge Volunteer Fire, Millington Fire, Munford Fire, Quito Volunteer Fire, Three Star Fire, Atoka Public Works, Methodist Hospital, Tipton County Schools, Shelby County Child Protective Services, Sherwin Williams Paint, Watkins Appliances along with hundreds to local doctors and nurses, FedEx, UPS and Amazon delivery drivers, medical professionals, vets, fast food workers, grocery store workers and all wakes of front line service industry workers with countless others.

I am honored to be able to serve our community in this time of uncertainty. Your patronage of XS has helped me do this and I want to personally thank you. I realize pheromones might not be on your mind right now but with every order we are able to help more and more people. Our hand sanitizer is a flammable product and requires special procedures to ship so we are unable to send with orders through the mail. It can only be picked up locally. Hand sanitizer is much more readily available now too
