I just spoke to Steve on whatsapp and was wondering,why the heck is he calling me on whatsapp. He said somebody crashed into a utility pole and they lost all power in the area. No internet, no phones, no air conditioning and it's already extremely hot.
He's got this morning's orders printed with shipping labels and will do what he can do to get them out but without power he is not absolutely sure.
He will keep me updated via whatsapp and I will do my best to keep you guys updated as well. However, he is not sure how long he can last without air conditioning when it is already 86 degrees in the office and expecting to get much hotter.
He loves us all and this is probably the end for him. He's pretty sure this is an invasion by space monsters here to steal his comply formula and restore order to the Universe.

It's official: Due to snow and extreme cold, our USA facilities will be closed this week
UPDATE: We tried to go in today, but the weather decided to sleet this morning. Roads are treacherous and not worth risking our lives.
UPDATED 1/22: The extreme cold has finally broken here in South-West Tennessee. We've been stuck in our houses for an entire week as it snowed on the holiday last Monday, and temps dipped and stayed in the low 20s to single digits.
