We always do our best to ship as fast as possible, but this past weekends sale overwhelmed us, not to mention we are short staffed in our US Hub.
Good news though; we've hired on Silvia in the EU Hub and while I had high expectations for her, she has so far exceeded them. I'm really liking her. I am pretty confident all the EU troubles are behind us.
In the US, its still Bobbi and I, but we managed to get close to five to six hundred orders out over 4 days. Pretty amazing for just two of us. With that said all orders, except customs have been shipped. We are pretty confident we can get out all the custom orders by tomorrow. I think there were close to 50 but I'm delirious right about now. I honestly feel like I've gone through a grappling match and lost.
There are a few loose ends to tie up here and there so if you have any order shipping issues drop a line to support. KateD is still out so we are doing our best to handle that too. I appreciate everyone and the genuine patience you have shown us.

I tested a few different scenarios out to have better luck with USPS. They have been getting through.
For some reason a USPS employee rejected all of our international packages without cause or merit and did so anonymously. That meant they labeled the packages as hazardous even though XS strictly adhered to all mailing regulations. By rejecting them we had no recourse and would even lose the postage paid. No one at the post office would assist us since this person was doing what they... -

It's official: Due to snow and extreme cold, our USA facilities will be closed this week
UPDATE: We tried to go in today, but the weather decided to sleet this morning. Roads are treacherous and not worth risking our lives.
UPDATED 1/22: The extreme cold has finally broken here in South-West Tennessee. We've been stuck in our houses for an entire week as it snowed on the holiday last Monday, and temps dipped and stayed in the low 20s to single digits.
