The Kid is on vacation in Colorado partaking in that state's beauty, splendor, and spliffs.
KateD hurt her arm in an unfortunate slip and fall so she will be recuperating this week. Let's all keep her and her family in our thoughts and prayers. From what I understand just a sprain, but those can be worse than breaks.
We are short-staffed anyway but I brought Hayley little sister Layla in to help a bit with some stuff but she hasn't worked with us since a summer internship a couple of years ago. A lot has changed but she is managing although she did flee yesterday with a migraine after just a few hours.
Please remember that the 4th of July falls on a Sunday so the official holiday is Monday, July 5th. There will be no mail deliveries that day by USPS or FedEx so be prepared If you order FedEx 2nd Day on Friday it will not get there until Wednesday the 7th (I think) because Monday would be considered a holiday and therefore not a business day so Tuesday would be day 1 and Wednesday would be 2nd Day. Just make a note of it.

I tested a few different scenarios out to have better luck with USPS. They have been getting through.
For some reason a USPS employee rejected all of our international packages without cause or merit and did so anonymously. That meant they labeled the packages as hazardous even though XS strictly adhered to all mailing regulations. By rejecting them we had no recourse and would even lose the postage paid. It's official: Due to snow and extreme cold, our USA facilities will be closed this week
UPDATE: We tried to go in today, but the weather decided to sleet this morning. Roads are treacherous and not worth risking our lives.
UPDATED 1/22: The extreme cold has finally broken here in South-West Tennessee. We've been stuck in our houses for an entire week as it snowed on the holiday last Monday, and temps dipped and stayed in the low 20s to single digits.
