One Step Closer
STICKERS AND CANDY ARE BACK! I couldn't be more excited to be able to do stickers and send out candy again. I want to thank all of you amazing people for being so patient and understanding as we try our best to remain the XS you all love. You are so appreciated and you all brighten my cold, black heart, so thank you. We are still recovering, but each day we get one step closer to being at full service again. SteveO and I will continue to add updates as they occur. We may not be able to do it daily because not much is happening as we wait for the insurance to be completed, but we definitely will update as things pop up.

I tested a few different scenarios out to have better luck with USPS. They have been getting through.
For some reason a USPS employee rejected all of our international packages without cause or merit and did so anonymously. That meant they labeled the packages as hazardous even though XS strictly adhered to all mailing regulations. By rejecting them we had no recourse and would even lose the postage paid. No one at the post office would assist us since this person was doing what they... -
I was able to negotiate better overnight pricing for FedEx Priority Overnight from 39.97 down to $32.97. XS does not make profits from shipping so those savings are passed along to you.04-23-2025, 11:07 AM
