by XSteveOAs you might have noticed a lot of retail items are out of stock. I'm totally by myself in the USA and Silvia was out of work in the EU since mid-December. I'm awaiting on a big resupply but typical with this supplier every two weeks I'm told it will take 2 weeks...LOL.
Some items are Out, like Evolve and XiSt sprays because the only PC (we are an apple company) that uses windows crashed after the last windows update. Our Epson C4000u ColorWorks label printer uses BarCode...-

by XSteveOI tried to not increase the prices of XS (It's been years since I've done it) but this economy is not easy for a small business. Our costs just keep going higher and higher. I've struggled with this change, even laying off people, in an attempt to keep the pricing the same all to no avail.

I am here to assist but nothing can be done when you forward a cs issue to the forum.
Remember to direct all your customer service issues with your feedback to support. We can work and resolve the issue together and figure out the source of the matter. In addition, that data will be in the right place for us to remember and properly store it and compare it to other feedback about the Xist bottle.
At XS we work hard at maintaining the quality of products and service we started of with so comments like these are hurtful and unfair.
A relationship works both ways, there has to be mutual respect. There is no proof that these bottles are cheaper or worse esp since we have shipped hundreds of these out and most people love our new bottles. I kindly ask that you be mindful as to what you state on a public forum.
Just another example of what happens when rules are broken. We all can agree that simply reaching out to customer service with your concerns and feedback would cause be a win,win. Giving us a chance to note your feedback and a chance to explain and look into the situation.
Again, I do appreciate you and your feedback and encourage you and everyone reading this to direct all customer service issues to our support suite.
