  • Order Cancellation Fee

    New Policy Begins October 01, 2019

    Order cancellations will be charged a 5% Service Charge to cover costs of merchant fees, shipping supplies, printed labels and other materials

    PayPal (our merchant services provider) has amended their User Agreement which will affect you. Customer initiated order cancellations will incur a flat 5% service charge.

    Please make sure your order is correct before you hit submit.

        Will this include order mistake corrections like those fragrances in the trading post, partial cancelations or just full blown cancelations?

          As to right now its just outright cancelling an order Muestereate. As a company, to my understanding, even if the order is outright fraud and we catch and refund it, we still get charged the fees. On the other hand, if we allow an fraud order to get through and then get chargeback we lose the fees + $100 (not to mention postage and product)

            As you might have noticed a lot of retail items are out of stock. I'm totally by myself in the USA and Silvia was out of work in the EU since mid-December. I'm awaiting on a big resupply but typical with this supplier every two weeks I'm told it will take 2 weeks...LOL.



            Some items are Out, like Evolve and XiSt sprays because the only PC (we are an apple company) that uses windows crashed after the last windows update. Our Epson C4000u ColorWorks label printer uses BarCode...

            EDIT: Naked Gun (XS149) has returned to stock. Finally got a nice molecule haul in today.

            I was also able to restock most of everything. I'll start working on restocking all the samples now.

            I tried to not increase the prices of XS (It's been years since I've done it) but this economy is not easy for a small business. Our costs just keep going higher and higher. I've struggled with this change, even laying off people, in an attempt to keep the pricing the same all to no avail.
