Edit: P.S I opened a topic here because I remember this account bug which made me not be able to order from Credit Card but from Paypal only. But I can't find it it's too old lol.
Now I have to order from Credit Card again but no Paypal where I live :(

Actually this is not a bug.
Our credit card processor is limiting some types of credit cards and country origins.
Since we have contract with paypal(to ensure protection and security to our customers) as a billing processor they are declining the card for security reasons.
To be able to check out i suggest you use our other options.
Paypal express checkout or the normal paypal checkout option will use your paypal account and you should be able to checkout with it.
As long as the account if verified with them.
Unfortunately this is out of our control. I will ask you to try the paypal account option and if that fails please notify me.
Also consider that we accept bitcoins too
