  • RESOLVED: Server issues!?

    Today I had a day off and planned to do some reporting/replying back to posts and doing some browsing in the store but when I tried both the forum and store sites they were both down. Maybe it has been addressed in a post that I haven't seen yet idk. I was barely able to get into the forum a few hours ago. I still can't access the store. You know me I need my mone fix and I'm always shopping for my next blend if anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

      With this post, is it possible we to set up some type of emergency alert system?

      As of this post we added 6 more test locations from siteuptime.com
      and a another test script that was provided by 7omislav

      So now we are monitoring 24/7 for downtimes(as always) and globaly for slowdowns as of today.

  • USA Store Maintenance

    I tried to add a new feature to the store but couldn't get it to work right so I tried to fix that and ended really messing some things up. In the process, my developer lives in Ukraine and the Russians have been bombing some power grids apparently. We are working on it so there might be instances of the store in maintenance mode.

    Shouldn't be too long. Maybe another night

    I've been getting a ton of questions about why the lifetime discounts aren't working, and when they would return. As you all know, the storm knocked us a few pegs down, and the discounts were halted while we got back on our feet.

    I am happy to let you guys know that the Lifetime discounts are back! We finally rebuilt enough to reapply them, so you guys should be able to see that in your cart as you checkout! If not, as always, I am here to help you all figure out...

  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday

    Hey guys! I wanted to officially announce that we are not able to have a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. We have gotten a few questions about it, so I wanted to address it head on even though we don't usually do that. It is definitely unfortunate, but as you all know, times are tough and a lot of products are out of stock.

    The good news is we expect to be back in full swing by the end of December at the very latest! I have posted an update on some things already, so you can check that...

    I have set up crypto payments again, and they should be ready by this week. It's a matter of stress testing as they don't offer a sandbox.

    They are limited on the coins they accept (I think only 10) so I'm going to do a payment by name with the other coins, but that might take me a week or more with the coding.

    I'm happy to announce our new ability to accept Venmo, Bancontact, Sofort, Eps, MyBank, SEPA-Lastschrift., BLIK, Mercado Pago, Przelewy24, iDEAL, Giropay, PayPal Pay Later, and PayPal Credit.

    All Visa and Mastercard payments are verified through the Visa/MC check services, so in some rare instances, there may be an extra step if your card is new or fraud is suspected. As this is a new system, please let me know if you encounter any glitches.
