We are going to be making some hefty changes to our store in the coming months. We've outgrown the platform we currently use and need to move on. Its open source and I love open source because its what we do here too. However we have some amazing stuff on our back end that is taking place so we want your feedback.
What do you love or hate about the store? What features do you want? Anything you can think of good or bad is what we are looking for. I want your experience to be wonderful at XS. Please fill me in so I can make things better

I've been getting a ton of questions about why the lifetime discounts aren't working, and when they would return. As you all know, the storm knocked us a few pegs down, and the discounts were halted while we got back on our feet.
I am happy to let you guys know that the Lifetime discounts are back! We finally rebuilt enough to reapply them, so you guys should be able to see that in your cart as you checkout! If not, as always, I am here to help you all figure out...-

by HayleyHey guys! I wanted to officially announce that we are not able to have a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. We have gotten a few questions about it, so I wanted to address it head on even though we don't usually do that. It is definitely unfortunate, but as you all know, times are tough and a lot of products are out of stock.
The good news is we expect to be back in full swing by the end of December at the very latest! I have posted an update on some things already, so you can check that...-

by XSteveOI have set up crypto payments again, and they should be ready by this week. It's a matter of stress testing as they don't offer a sandbox.
They are limited on the coins they accept (I think only 10) so I'm going to do a payment by name with the other coins, but that might take me a week or more with the coding.-

by XSteveOI'm happy to announce our new ability to accept Venmo, Bancontact, Sofort, Eps, MyBank, SEPA-Lastschrift., BLIK, Mercado Pago, Przelewy24, iDEAL, Giropay, PayPal Pay Later, and PayPal Credit.
All Visa and Mastercard payments are verified through the Visa/MC check services, so in some rare instances, there may be an extra step if your card is new or fraud is suspected. As this is a new system, please let me know if you encounter any glitches.

When on a product page where you have your choices of cover scents, you have below that the "Add to cart", "Compare", and "Add to Wishlist" in that order from left to right. BUT when you're on the list of products page where you have a quick blurb description of the product, right below the price you have the "Compare" icon/button, "Add to cart", and finally "Add to wishlist" from left to right.
I thought all the button layouts would be consistent so after awhile of researching, I went to the list of unisexy products and kept pushing the "compare" button, thinking it was "Add to cart".
For the sake of consistency, I'd suggest keeping the order of the action buttons the same throughout the site.
I also think the page shouldn't scroll all the way back up after hitting the "add to wishlist" button. On the other hand, scrolling to the top after hitting "add to cart" I don't mind since the cart summary is right up there.
There is a problem I keep having though when mousing over the "view cart" drop down menu that's right next to the search box (not sure if anyone else has experienced this). When I mouse over, the cart pops up with whatever I have but the moment I try to bring my mouse down to either click on the "x" to remove the item, attempt to click on "checkout" or "view cart", the menu would disappear. My workaround is I would have to scroll down a bit w/out moving the mouse, and that would stop the drop-down menu disappearing on me.
As for the vibrant colors and what-not, I feel like it fits Steve's style. I'm sure many of us were surprised by our first package from Steve with that invoice and the non-pheromone goodies
We have pretty much narrowed it down to two carts right now that are pretty darn robust. One is probably way out of our league and the other has some features we are investigating whether we are just missing them or they are just missing.
We are always going to put pheromones at the forefront though. We have a whole lot of amazing stuff happening and its all coming together. We want to be prepared with the tools we need to ensure your experience is amazing all the way through the process of ordering. Its important.
I'm still waiting for someone to mention some of the changes we did and continue to do. We certainly have a lot of fun in this company. Maybe even to much
I think that nice new feature would be suggestion based on item in the cart:
for example - when you put Taboo in the cart the system would say "Based on the items in your cart we suggest XiSt"
