I have one more idea that can be in help.

Some forum members and non-registered users don't know the meanings of all the acronyms, short names of products (XS172, etc), molecules and some strange sounding words.

IMO, it would be great if those words, when written in a post, are automatically linked to a relevant information.

For example:

If somebody writes a post and includes the product name Evolve XS, when posted it should automatically link to the product page. Or the same example but with product XS149. Or with the molecule DHEAS.

And while I was writing the above feedback, I found out I can't even link properly the name of the products. Or I couldn't include more than 1 link.

I know this might be because of a spam protection, but there are some good methods to prevent spam, like a captcha.
