You really shouldn't expect Saturday for shipments to go out. The company needs time to replenish our own batteries, restock supplies and whatever else it takes. Which is why it is prominently displayed on the site: Order before 2pm CST, Monday through Friday, for LIGHTNING FAST SAME DAY SHIPPING!

There are times when we can get some packages out on a weekend, but it needs to be considered a bonus. In the past I tried to get every order out everyday and even went packaging orders on Sundays. Its no longer possible as we've grown considerably. We ship a LOT of orders out everyday which begs for that resupply day. We just couldn't do both anymore without being completely burnt out.

The good news is the new lab with shipping facilities is under construction and should be completed this coming week. Then I'll start furnishing it and there will be lots of pictures. We are hoping that once completed, more staff hired and trained, we will get to more orders and be able to push out the shipping cutoff even later than 3pm. When I first started and it was only me, I'd get orders out right to the minute the mail lady was pulling up. There are to many now to be able to reasonably say that.

The last couple months some custom orders actually shipped 3 days after placed. It is a very difficult thing for me to sit there with orders pending and not ship them out. I do my absolute best to get them out timely, but even then there can be a delay.

In the meantime fdesa12, I'd say please plan for shipping Monday through Fridays. I know there are companies out there who make people pay for priority processing, but that will never happen here. I am pretty certain though XS Lightning Shipping is still the fastest as to processing and truly the only Free shipping available. I'm proud of what we are able to accomplish with the volume we do ship.

If something comes up and you're really in a rush we go well beyond the expected to make arrangements to get orders out. I've even brought FedEx and DHL to the airport before on a weekend only because it was an emergency and they asked nicely. Our new lab facilities will greatly enhance our abilities to offer even more shipping options.

AND since its a much bigger facility we plan to have streaming XS parties and have more room for boutique blends so ordering a custom blend will be a thing of the past for the most part. We can create enough of even customs blends to have a small supply on hand. We are not 100% sure, but we are working on a live lab cam too. Might not be doable as there is a lot of proprietary blending that happens and some nudity. Some of the lab assistants are shy, you know.

Ah Monday through Friday, I kept thinking it was Monday through Saturday Thanks for explaining, Steve I'll make sure to do so accordingly. I don't need orders to be rushed for me, just want to avoid prying eyes in my family. Some of them like opening packages even though it's mine, and I almost got caught once and had to claim they were cologne mixes So I've been trying to time the arrivals with when they're not home.
