I make every effort to answer the phone whenever possible. I changed the morning hours to reflect the shipping rush. If you have any customer care questions about your order KateD is available to answer your inquiries every weekday from 9-10 am. Its highly recommended to submit a help ticket for the quickest possible assistance, especially order changes. I get orders printed and shipped usually within minutes of coming in. On one hand this is awesome because there's nothing more exciting to know your order is in your hands ready for all the fun you are about to have in your life with the XS brand, but on the other there's not much room for order changes.
This is exactly why KateD and I ensure the tickets are checked first for any changes before I start packing them. My company policy is order first, everything else next

The Pheromone Answer Line is more about your pheromone journey as ensuring you get the right help to enhance your pheromoneXS journey. Sometimes this might even mean me recommending a competitors product. My goal is to ensure you as a person and friend are comfortable, happy and knowledgeable about the XS experience and what to expect. I take the time, however long it might take, to spend the time to guide you through the pheromone selection process.
Many callers are choosing pheromones for the very first time and don't have the patience or time to sift through an entire forum or two to discover what is going to work best for them. I'm honored that you are choosing me to answer the questions. I do my best to provide informative, qualified information so you can make the right choice for you. At XS we don't mind speaking about our competitors products, but you won't ever catch us putting them down. I was raised by loving, caring parents who taught me if you don't have something nice to say, its best not to say anything at all. I won't make stuff up about other vendors and will give you my honest personal assessment. Best of all I give you the opportunity to buy from XS without any pressure.
The reason I mention this is because my calls on average are pretty long. I approach it as a consultation that has life changing potential and opportunity. If you don't get through please leave a message or call back. My iPhone has been acting up a little bit so every once in a while I get a long recording with no sound. If I don't call you back in a reasonable time, call me again. I really want to spend the time with you. I've extended my hours to do exactly that.
