I'll be heading to Sedona, Arizona for a retreat with Sean Stephenson. He is an amazing guy and I admire what he has been able to accomplish in life. When the opportunity to meet him arrived, through his wife Mindie, I jumped. I get to spend a weekend with two highly accomplished and respected speakers and authors. Its an intimate setting with only about 20 of us. I'm excited.

However because I have set the bar so high in my hiring expectations I have as of yet not found a star to join our community. I'd rather have orders delayed or not shipped at all then to leave it up to someone just in it for a paycheck. This community is way to important to me and its never been about the money.

With that said on Halloween 10/31 you must have your order in by 9 am Central for it to ship out that day. On Friday 11/1 and Saturday 11/2 there will be no shipping at all. Anything on Halloween after 9 am and the two days following will therefore NOT ship until my return on Monday 11/4. I apologize for any inconvenience this might create for you. I understand you expect Lightning Shipping and can appreciate that, but again, I'd rather lose a few days worth of sales than your respect and admiration for what we do at XS.
