I haven't calculated everything but there will be some increases to shipping in 2019. I just wanted everyone to know as soon as I could so there isn't any shock.
As always we will still be offering USPS First Class Mail for free (when you spend a certain amount) but will be changing the name to Economy Shipping as we will be shipping from different locations.
I'm pretty sure we are the only pheromone company to offer International Shipping for free and that won't be changing, except maybe the threshold cost. Believe me I'd rather you buy more items with your money than pay for shipping, but there's just no way to get around it. We don't make any money on shipping as its money directly attributed to...well shipping.
So again just an FYI you should be aware of shipping costs increases in 2019

We are now offering Overnight Saturday on retail orders, which will be available from Thursdays after 2pm through Fridays before 2pm. Unlike our deeply discounted 2nd Day rates, including Saturdays, there is an additional charge for overnight Saturdays ($15.97).
You will find this option under Extra Services tab directly underneath the payment selection section.

FedEx is having issues with its shipping software. We cannot select Saturday deliveries, and Tech Support knows the situation. Depending on how late it goes, I might just ship them 2nd Day Monday delivery.12-08-2022, 12:47 PM

Effective Immediately
USPS has drastically increased pricing on everyone. They say it's only because of peak holiday times and will decrease after the holidays but who knows. The service gets slower and the price goes up....LOL
Free Shipping Threshold is now the following
USPS FCM Domestic Free at $50 and above
USPS FCM Canada Free at $75 and above
USPS FCM International Free at $100 and above... -

The USPS has increased its rates which is reflected in our shipping charges and free shipping threshold.
The USPS is still experiencing significant shipping delays across all services.
First Class Mail typically takes 3-5 days but with expected delays, it more realistically can take 2-3 weeks
Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days but with expected delays, it more realistically can take 1-2 weeks (we've seen some take 2-3 months)

Just an FYI that the USPS is still experiencing massive delays in getting Priority Mail delivered. If you order USPS Priority Mail you can expect delays, by as much as a couple of weeks. XS is not responsible for these delays as they are completely out of our hands. FedEx 2nd Day is a much better option: It's more economically priced and way more reliable. Sometimes FedEx does experience issues, but nothing like the post office. Worst part about it is they actually raised the prices.

We're also no longer naming the shipping service as USPS or otherwise, except FedEx. This gives us the option to ship the fastest way possible without limiting the service we choose. We are working on a deal with another carrier to get Priority shipments (2-days) so rather than having to go back and change everything we just call it Economy, Priority, Express and FedEx. You may see tracking numbers from different services in the near future, not based on price, rather based on how quickly it can be delivered within that price range.
So effective today shipping rates are as follows
USA Shipping
Economy (Typically the USPS FCM) - Average Delivery 5-10 Days: $4.97
Priority (May be USPS, FedEx or UPS) - Average Delivery 2-3 Days: $8.97
Express (May be USPS, FedEx or UPS) - Average Delivery 1-2 Days: $24.97
FedEx (FedEx Priority Overnight) - Average Delivery 1 Business Day: $35.97 (Heavier orders may incur additional fees)
Canada Shipping
Economy (Typically the USPS FCM) - Average Delivery 10-30 Days: $10.97
Priority (May be USPS, FedEx or UPS) - Average Delivery 6-10 Days: $25.97
Express (May be USPS, FedEx or UPS) - Average Delivery 3-5 Days: $43.97

I'm still working on getting it lower for the USA. The only caveat so far seems to be with these fantastic rates Canada is lumped in with Global so unfortunately the rates go up a little for our friends to the north. My new account rep, whose absolutely awesome so far, has basically said that these are the best she can do for Global. As such doesn't look like much we can do for the Canada rates.
