We have experienced what I can only describe as a hiccup with our production labs shipping of Androstenone. I kind of eluded to the delay in the Oils Out of Stock thread but I wanted to make its own thread so as not to get lost. I like being transparent with the community and while sometimes business procedures are better left handled behind closed doors, this is not one of those instances.

There has been a unforeseeable delay that occurred while shipping the enone to me. Its literally as ridiculous as a lost package and not much help from the carrier. Well its not completely lost, but just kind of misplaced in a roundabout way. At least they know what state its in! I do have every bit of confidence we will get it in the next couple weeks. The production lab is ultimately responsible for me getting it so I'm sure they are working their magic to stir up some movement. I don't think they'd be very happy having to remake this order considering the size and dollar amount involved even with insurance.

So yeah I'm just about out of enone completely. I have barely enough to keep making stuff but in limited capacities. Oils and size upgrades just take to much and Beta-tests take it away from our most popular retail blends. Steraloids already owes me about a gram going on 6 months now and I've been told they have no desire to make it unless I commit to buy a lot. I don't understand how they can be out of it for so long. The only good news is Idle took most of the oils down before we knew about the lost parcel because we had a surprise for everyone. We still do have that surprise!

Once our supply is in and 3rd party tested I'll announce it and we will kick off those On Sale Today - Always Free Tomorrow sales again. I plan to make those a regular part of the cart every week at a minimum. There will be 3-4 products to choose from. I'll restart them with the daily specials for a couple weeks just to make up for the missing enone debacle. I'm so happy everyone seems to be taking advantage of our Free Everywhere shipping too.

We worked so hard to get the cart operational for the anniversary and like clockwork, Murphy's Law kicked in. I have a few more molecules to order in bulk though and once we have them all we will be very good for a long while. With the enone we are going to be half way there. This also gives us that ability to finalize the EU Center. I have to be positive I can supply both locations which is why I started to buy in bulk like this. These are special times indeed for us.

Leave the nail-biting, anxiety riddled, sleepless nights to me. I'm not telling you this to create panic or even for any pity, but for information to keep our community members informed. Have you ever noticed when something goes wrong your closest friends have a propensity to ask you throughout the day, at least 30 or more times, what the status is? You know they mean well and you try to keep them informed out of appreciation for their consideration but by doing so they get frustrated reiterating your own frustration and thus initiating the anger loop. With that said if you do not see an update in this thread from me please do not feel hurt or unappreciated when if asked what the status is you are referred back here. I'm handling it and as soon as I find out I'll let you know.
