A severe thunderstorm ripped the roof off our facilities in Millington TN today. Everything has been destroyed or severely damaged.
The office building was XS: https://wreg.com/weather/weather-wea...torm-nws-says/

UPDATE 6/27: Since the building is structurally unsound with missing walls and roof the property is considered unsafe and therefore nobody is allowed on the property.
I posted some pics and video's here on our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Aser-Gruppe...50352025139401
UPDATE 7/5: Hayley and I have gone through everything to determine what was usable and what isn't. We plan to begin shipping tomorrow. Please understand, we have no samples, stickers, candy... Basically, you will get what you ordered and not much else.
UPDATE 7/6: It was a very rough start but we did manage to get about 6 FedEx orders out

#17Tigris commented07-05-2023, 09:42 PMEditing a commentThis seriously makes me want to cry. I’m so very sorry this happened to you guys! Shoot I feel like we are all hurting with you. But I know there’s no way we can feel an inkling of your pain, sadness, and shock.

#18Tigris commented07-05-2023, 09:47 PMEditing a commentThis may not be possible, but we are a community. I would love to ask if there is something your Discover XS community/family can do to help? Possibly a “reverse sale”? I think I just made that word up, but could you generate a code for us Discover XS active users, testers community…., that would add ten percent instead of discount? It wouldn’t be much, but it’d be a way of us giving back to you all, who have consistently been here for us. I currently don’t think I could do a very big order like that but if we all did it’d help a bit while you deal with insurance and such…

#19Johnny Fever commented07-24-2023, 06:21 PMEditing a commentI feel bad as I hadn't been aware of the news! First off, glad everybody is safe. Second, glad you're pulling up your bootstraps to get things ramped up again. Looking forward to hearing when things are as close to normal as possible as I have another order planned.

by XSteveOWe just signed a lease for our new digs. Plenty of space to expand. We will be moving and setting up all week.
This means NO SHIPPING next week. We need to get utilities, including wifi, garbage, water, gas, and electricity, and then move in the stuff we saved and then put together all the new stuff. With that, we should have our phone system restored soon too.
If you order during this week we will not be able to ship orders until the following week. we will NOT refund...Starts09-05-2023Ends09-08-2023LocationUSA-

by XSteveOI appreciate your patience with us as we attempt to recover. We should be able to resume International orders beginning next week. As to my standard declaration, please expect processing delays.
It takes a lot of paperwork to ship internationally and we are still missing many of the little processes and procedures we had in place to ensure compliance with a speedy delivery.
EDIT: Please remember all orders from the Global USA Hub ship from the USA. If you want your order...-
