I tried to add a new feature to the store but couldn't get it to work right so I tried to fix that and ended really messing some things up. In the process, my developer lives in Ukraine and the Russians have been bombing some power grids apparently. We are working on it so there might be instances of the store in maintenance mode.

I've been getting a ton of questions about why the lifetime discounts aren't working, and when they would return. As you all know, the storm knocked us a few pegs down, and the discounts were halted while we got back on our feet.

Hey guys! I wanted to officially announce that we are not able to have a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. We have gotten a few questions about it, so I wanted to address it head on even though we don't usually do that. It is definitely unfortunate, but as you all know, times are tough and a lot of products are out of stock.

The good news is we expect to be back in full swing by the end of December at the very latest! I have posted an update on some things already, so you can check that...

I have set up crypto payments again, and they should be ready by this week. It's a matter of stress testing as they don't offer a sandbox.

They are limited on the coins they accept (I think only 10) so I'm going to do a payment by name with the other coins, but that might take me a week or more with the coding.

I'm happy to announce our new ability to accept Venmo, Bancontact, Sofort, Eps, MyBank, SEPA-Lastschrift., BLIK, Mercado Pago, Przelewy24, iDEAL, Giropay, PayPal Pay Later, and PayPal Credit.

All Visa and Mastercard payments are verified through the Visa/MC check services, so in some rare instances, there may be an extra step if your card is new or fraud is suspected. As this is a new system, please let me know if you encounter any glitches.

My tech guy has been doing some upgrades to the cart, and this has caused some issues. We are actively working on getting everything fixed.

We are having some technical issues with the payment gateway and are working to correct it. If you'd like to place an order, until web functionality is restored, please call us and we will take it over the phone.

We are building an entirely new phone system from the ground up. It will have messaging capabilities and all kinds of neat features. In the process, the old phone system is supposed to be forwarding the calls, but it's not. Well, that's the reason we are leaving that service anyway. They will be back tomorrow, but you can always use the help beacon bottom right of the store to send us an email.

We are in the process of making the checkout page more user-friendly which requires some additional testing to ensure everything is running correctly. Unfortunately in doing so I broke something and am working on a fix. Until I do fix it PayPal is the only option for checkout.

This is to important to not get it right so its going to take me a little bit to fix it.

Our phone system is experiencing some issues. Our VoIP provider has been undergoing a DDOS attack.

The ISP is down in the lab and they are not able to get into the admin store online or answer the phones.

So they are unable to access any orders that came in after 11 am.

Hello I did a check on my emailaddress (via https://www.avast.com/hackcheck) to see if my credentials where leaked somehow, and I found that this forum has been hacked in december 2020 and a list of members has been exposed on the darkweb and sold to criminals. Luckily the passwords are stored encrypted, but I think it is a good idea for people to change their passwords, since hashes can be matched by a brute force attack.

I'm at my wit's end with this f*cking shopping cart! No matter what I do either countries disappear or it charges shipping when it shouldn't. The only thing I can do is offer rebates for free shipping if you meet the threshold.

Been using a service called VoIP.ms for a long time but the service is now untenable. We are continually logged out of our phone system every time we log in. You'll more than likely get a voicemail. I apologize for the inconvenience while I search for a new phone system.

We will be upgrading the forum next week fixing a lot of the bugs we have. If anybody has a suggestion as to what you'd like to see or be able to do, let us know here, please.
