I am making this test thread since our lovely crew in Memphis are sending out my genius blend xs194 out with orders these days.
The background for asking XSteveO to create this blend for me.
I had switch positions for this autumn and winter and are in a buffer position between Research, leadership and administration instead of my ordinary position as a senior researcher. It was an entirely new position that there was no "tradition" on how to be done, so it was up to me to set the tone so the one that eventually comes after me won't be runned over by different "bosses" that gets off to boss people around. I took the mission serious, but it took a toll on me to begin with since I felt I smashed my head against the wall each and every day at work since the different floors wasn't able to speak the same language, even if they did agree to the mutual goal.
I phero bombed them. I tried everything from Temptress, Madame, Bitch, Sport to Swimming with Sharks & Mothers little Helper (LPMP) I tried to temper the blends with Cohesion and Love Boat, but nothing really stood out as a work combination that would lead to something.
The reason I got this position right in my hands is because both my boss and the CEO know that I am a woman of action that really get things done. So I decided to write to XSteveO and ask for a solution.

He wrote back to get more details and tada: Xs194 came into my hands about 6 weeks after I was on my knees begging for it.
What can I say more than this blend exceeded my expectations? That I will forever be greatful to XSteveO who turned my work day into something that I now appreciate and love and that with this created an environment that finally speaks the same language and gotten plans ready for the upcoming years. Something I thought impossible for just 5 months ago. Now, I am looking forward to read what you think of this blend. So I hope everybody who receives it with their orders tests it and write about it here.

am thinking of a work blend for women, specifically for women who are in the front, but are not in charge and need to be looked upon as nice, but need to exert a little bit of authority (secretly) too, while staying calm herself, and do this without anybody (spesifically men) doesn’t get their toes hurt and get said woman in trouble. The blend needs in a way to make her wants and need, their wants and need.
