My discount shows when I'm looking at my cart. I'm guessing they associate the accounts with emails.

I use my primary e-mail for the shop and a different e-post I don't use for anything else than social media accounts for the board, and I got a DM that asked what e-post I used for the shop.

Like Isis said, if the email that you signed up with is the same. It updates automatically. Sometimes they update this manually if there are some site issues. Mine came from Level 06 to Level 07 (thanks to Cheerio games) , still pending to be updated.
It appears in the shopping cart. You will see Level 02 discount minus xx$

You are having new discount every other day, so it could be that. Anyway, send an e-post and tell about the new discount if you think it is too slow.

My discount still shows that I'm level 1. looking at older posts it looks like they update every first of the month, can anyone confirm?

You should submit a ticket if you haven't been upgraded. If I remember there was a question about your name in the store so maybe its that

Thanks SteveO! I wasn't super pressed on the discount thing. I'm happy to pay full price for your products. But I have to say that the discount did sway me to make a purchase today xD

That is correct. It takes them up to a week to complete the updates because they do it manually.

Here's the thing about not yet being upgraded. You signed up on April 27th and by May 1st you had about 11 posts. Since then you've only really added about 20 more posts. You have over 150 single word posts which don't fall into the spirit of the Lifetime Discount model and could be considered micro-posting to gain count. I'm pretty sure that's not the case but I'm not counting them anyway.

The Discounts are usually updated the first week of the month, which is why with only 11 posts, you wouldn't have been upgraded as of yet. Since I had your account open I did upgrade you to level 1 just now.

As to receiving the Ladies Spring Mix, I only made so many. The feedback has been awesome so I can totally understand you wanting to get in on them. Depending on workflow they'll be available publicly soon and by soon I mean next week at the earliest.

Anyone else having an issue with not seeing the discounts for life after the sale went off.
I missed the sale yesterday (I fell to sleep last night) but not even the items in my cart are showing the regular discount. I had the newsletter coupon for 20 percent off to but..yeah big screw up for me.
