Have you sent a ticket yet? I wonder if XSteveO even knows there's an issue. I've been at level 10 for over a month and still no discount increase. Idk if they are just way behind or have suspended the discount increases for good. I do know that I need to place an order asap.

No I haven't put one in yet.
Idle sent me a PM a few days ago saying:
"Hello there Prettyrickyboi,
we are still catching up after the new years hype.
As updates are approved manually this time it might take a few more days to process."

So I was going to give it some time.
I think I know a way you could get 10 percent off though.
Or just call in and let SteveO or whoever is present place the order for you.

Thanks Ricky. I just contacted them about 20 minutes ago. I wasn't sure if it was a technical glitch. I figured that if it was they can't fix it if they don't know there's an issue. I need to place an order but I'll wait until I hear back from them before I do. Thanks for the info.

If you hit your next level this month then you will become eligible for an upgrade of Feb 1st. It usually takes about a week to get everyone updated.

Only seeing this now, if you are an EU store member then your community influencer level has to be updated in both stores. Please send me a ticket with your user name for the forum, user name for both US and EU store accounts so I can look into this for you

hello KateD i already opened a ticket and silvia told me to use a coupon code, but i am not going to buy right now maybe next month so i dont know if the coupon still working, and if i have to open a ticket every time i have to buy, can i open a new ticket and you can fix this thanks.

Yes, open a ticket to the US section because you don't have to open a ticket every time you order. I believe I can either update it in the EU store or give you reward points in the equavalent that will be available every time you make a purchase. All I need to do is connect the US and EU store so I do both when I am upgrading you as a community influencer

I still haven't received the ticket but I forwarded your information to our EU staff to resolve the matter.

I believe the problem is that our new cart is not finished as yet so certain things we are still working on, this is one of them.

I do apologize that you may have to email every time you want to order in the EU store. I kindly ask for you and our other clients like you to be patient, we are working on this and we will definitely keep you updated once we have a solution in place.

Actually more like 10 days. It usually takes at least 5 days to update. Hold off on ordering the entire catalog. lol
