I signed up for the newsletter when I first joined.

Yes, there was a 25% off email that was stackable with the 10% off discount sitewide.
The banner is actually still up (see screenshot attached) also there is a screenshot of the cart and no discounts can be seen there.

Things have been a little crazy for us, we will get the banner down. I know it's confusing seeing it and there not actually being a discount

I'm sure you are. I checked my order history on PXS. Looks like order did indeed go thru and has shipped. Based on the usual delivery time I should have it by tomorrow at the latest. Although a tracking number isn't necessarily essential it is helpful if I encounter an issue with my package. USPS has delivered stuff to the wrong address before. But it ain't nothin til it's somethin.

If you reach the next level before the end of the month then you will be upgraded the following month. KateD personally does it manually. She starts on the first and it takes about a week to get it all done.
