Yea, it's pretty well known in Asian cultures with white and black magic. The well known ones here are those black magics that cause a target to be very obsessive with the person who asks caster to do it even though the target never meet the person. Another one is spells to put nails and buffalo's skin inside the target stomach. These black magic can be cured with the help of monks or countered white magic/enchantments. Voodoo works very well and is one of LAL's top products. I don't mind if there's any supernatural thing at play or just some marketing at which he actually have a hoodoo practitioner casted spells on the bottles. As long as it works as a product, then it just works.

I actually believe in those kind of things. I even carry enchanted items with me that give me lucks and attraction (some type of plant only found in lost wood believed to cause people get lost in the woods if step under or over it). It runs deep in my culture.
