I would be happy with a mone that motivates or stops procrastination to work out.
I work nights 12hr shift at that. My feet hurt and am tired after 3 shifts. It takes about a day or day and a half to feel that motivation then it’s back to work. Luckily my doodle (dog) forces me to walk it each morning and afternoon.
