    Protein Brownie in a Mug

This was too good NOT to share!

1 scoop chocolate protein powder, preferably casein (I used 1 scoop of S'more Pro Jym powder)
2 T Splenda w/ fiber (or sweetener of choice)
2 T hershey's special dark cocoa powder (any cocoa powder will do)
    1 large egg
1/4 whole milk (even almond milk could work here)
    1/2 tsp baking powder
2 T PB2 Chocolate peanut butter powder (optional, I just had it on hand)
1 T any kind of flour (from all-purpose to coconut)
1/2 T special dark chocolate chips on top (optional)

Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a large greased mug - microwave 60 seconds. That's it!

It's like 386 calories, 39g progtein, 14g fat, 34g carbs, 7g fiber (this includes the optional ingredients)

This sounds like a treat the hubby would enjoy. I tend to lean more towards salty , tangy stuff.

I wish there was an angel food variant to this one. Chocolate sucks.

I'm gunna look. If someone could come up with one I'd eat it every day. Angel Food cake is my crack. When my birthday comes around my wife makes two Angel Food cakes.. One for the people celebrating with me and one for me. Is it a little much? Maybe. But who cares?!
