If so I make this already and its delicious and nutritious. I absolutely hate salad dressings full of sugar. It totally kills the entire concept of eating healthy!

mussels in cream!
so buy 3 kilos of fresh mussels still in shell
chop up 2 white onions
place the choped up onions in a huge pan no oil
add the mussles that have been washed and cleaned before hand
cook till the mussels open discard ones that are still closed
and either eat with just the mussels and onions or add cream just before serving
serve with chips

I make a mean spicy mussels marinara

I don't really cook using recipes as I was taught to eyeball everything. My mother was a highly sought after gourmet chef who only did private events. I got her talent for cooking but I cannot plate worth a damn. Its the taste that counts anyway. I'll see if I can dig up the actual recipe and post it

How to make summer chinese rolls!
rice paper
prawns
salade
spring onion chopped
warm rice paper under running hot water 2 seconds
place salade, onion, prawns, etc in the middle
fold and roll and place in fridge
consume with hot spicy sauce!
5 seconds in prep time!

i watched it the steak didn't look very good, even though it was frozen it looked like a low quality steak, like it wasn't a whole steak, just pieces of steak molded into one, but that doesn't mean you can't freeze your meat, i freeze mine all the time.
just my 2 cents, although i'm sure it might be delicious made!
