and stir, pour on salade before serving otherwise it cooks the salade
so just before like 5 minutes before eating!

rice paper
prawns
salade
spring onion chopped
warm rice paper under running hot water 2 seconds
place salade, onion, prawns, etc in the middle
fold and roll and place in fridge
consume with hot spicy sauce!
5 seconds in prep time!

I spread mustard on chicken before they are fried. Try it.

add 3 gloves of garlic crushed to oil
add green beans

rice salade!
cook white rice and put aside till cold, for 2 people would be 2 packets
3 tomatoes cut in cubes
1 small tin of sweet corn
1 onion
3 eggs cooked
Some olives black or green you choice as to how much
and all the ingredients listed to the cold rice, stir and add mayo, stir, add salt and pepper and chill in fridge for 2 hours before serving!
a great cool summer dish!

salmon and tuna raw skinned
put in freezer 15 minutes
then take out and take off skin if unskinned
cut into small thin slices
serve with white rice
and soya sauce and wasabi!

lots of people still don't know the rules so i thought i would add after eating in the top resto since 15 paul bocuse etc!
so when your sat at a top expensive restaurant
the rules are work from the outside in
so if you have a spoon to your left you know its soup starters
or if you have a fork and knife you know it's meat or fish depending on the knife
so work from outside in and finish with dessert!

how to eat fresh oysters at home!
here we open them and serve them with sliced challots cut into tiny pieces and mixed in red wine vinegar!
then we pour this vinegar with the challots over each oyster before eating!
the vinegar kills bacteria before entering the stomach

mussels in cream!
so buy 3 kilos of fresh mussels still in shell
chop up 2 white onions
place the choped up onions in a huge pan no oil
add the mussles that have been washed and cleaned before hand
cook till the mussels open discard ones that are still closed
and either eat with just the mussels and onions or add cream just before serving
serve with chips

add some lemon and continue to mash into a sauce
then add some garlic and small prawns cut into small pieces
then add all together with mayonnaise and serve in glass cups
serve with white wine and peach to drink

I've eaten clams but I think I've never eaten oysters. Makes me hungry for scallops though. I don't trust much seafood because of the Chinese farms

i never eat oysters from chinese farms lol, they need to come fresh by the sea near me lol
if you like scallops you can apply the same recipe may need to cook though before hand!

tonights tea was cold pasta set aside
then added ham cut into slices
olives green no pip
onion half white diced
tuna minced into small pieces
sweet corn 1 small tub
everything mixed together with mayonnaise and garlic!
salt and pepper of course lol
