XSteveO I have sent the Euro Dropper to Silvia today with some others for testing, she can forward them to you. The one I prefer is packed in a seperate zipper bag with a sticker on marked as "For APi".
I will PM Silvia now and let her know the tracking number.

On my last order I requested the euro dropper.
Unfortunately, I must have cranked down too hard and the top of the cap split a perfect circle around the dropper insert.
First time I have had this happen.

This has just happened to mine it's the black screw on tops that broke and i'm just left with the middle bit of the top no big deal really cause i just stick the middle part of the black top back on the bottle again, but the screw part of the black top has come away.

Yes that can definitely happen. You have to get used to the perfect torque to close them.

Those are the old caps now. We switched back to the amber glass bottles with white caps quite some time ago.
