              I tried buying 6 10ml bottles and the sale discount wasnt applied. They are in my cart now but I tried all the way to PayPal page and still the same price as without a sale. Really want to test these mixes heavily and report on them here and pherotruth

                                                                            I didn't do a newsletter for this sale. Everybody has Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales. I just don't want to get into the habit of pre-announcing sales. It's bad for business in more ways than you can imagine. The newsletter thing in the store doesn't actually connect to the newsletter which is separate completely. When I updated the cart, this is another issue on the fix-it-to-do list.

                                                                            As for login not working, we didn't change anything there. Just drop us a support email or call us. We are always willing to help with that kind of thing. OOf course it's the weekend and we won't get back to you until Monday, but don't let that stress you out. We will always hook up the people who let us know of issues without being mean or jerks about it. I don't do business with mean people.

                                                                                All is well. It was weird as the error I got implied that my login for the store was no longer valid (existed). Used the same password I had when I placed an order back in September and no love. After being locked out I was able to reset the password. Pretty weird.

                                                                                I only mentioned the newsletter as it seemed when the last one went out I never received it. Something prompted me to just re-enter my email in the newsletter subscription portal page and instead of being told I already existed I got an email to confirm my subscription. Even if you don't do a newsletter for a sale I'd say you should send one as a outreach to customers who might not be as active in the forums.

                                                                                Missed the phone call as I just had gotten two telemarketer calls in a row right before. No worries as I just placed an order so I'm good. Thanks for the followup via phone / PM. Gotta love the customer service here

                                                                                      Ended up signing up for the (current) newsletter via throwaway Yahoo addy so I could look at the headers. Had to whitelist Sendgrid domains & Pheromones.Today to finally get my regular email working.
