    In the store I am no longer getting the researcher discount on products. Is it something I said? Or more likely, am I inept with computers?

      Okay so whatever was happening it seems to be corrected now. I just logged in as you Kimba and the discount is there. It might have had something to do with this weekends coupon. I'll just be so happy when the new cart is operational. You guys are going to love it!

          We will have a more definitive answer on that sometime midweek next week and make an announcement.

        In my case, the last 2 times I gave feedback at the store, I didn't get the points that could have been converted to discounts. I made my order anyway even without the feedback discount. It was my first time to order XiSt in 30ml and I'm still loving the product. Great when comboed with Evolve oil.

          I'm really sorry you didn't know this Martian, but I discontinued this practice a while ago. I made a public post here: Reward Points For Reviews - Discontinued

          I felt it would better serve our community as a whole if we repurposed the budget for this and used it for more appropriate discounts like the 30% off you now get on pheromone and research molecules and Limited and Beta-Test products. We always appreciate reviews of the products, even critical ones, but after giving it some thought it just seemed like it could be construed as an enticement of sorts. I didn't want to feed the trolls.

          Like I just commented replied to Kimba, the new cart has amazing functionality that will benefit our community researchers beyond what anyone might be expecting. We will probably rethink those points at that time, but in a much different type of implementation. In the meantime if you check your points account I just issued 1000 as a show of good faith

            Oh, I'm sorry Steve. I didn't mean to sound as though I was complaining. Somehow I missed the announcement. Even then, the absence of the reward points didn't bother me though. I still placed my order. I made the reviews based on my satisfaction of the products and not because of the discounts. Thanks for the 1000 points. It was not necessary, but it is very much appreciated. Really, you are a very generous guy! However, I would not want to look as if I'm abusing your generosity.
