My birthday is next week, so I ordered some goodies for myself. Sprayed 2 sprays of Happiness today. One of my coworkers complimented me that I was looking really good like I lost weight or something. I wear the same stuff there, I only work there on Fridays but it's always black shirt, black pants, black apron and I wear my hair and makeup the same. This girl is gorgeous, so it was a major compliment. Also all my clients today were either really smiley or laughed. It was kind of weird because I was annoyed earlier. I'd have to test this some more. I sprayed some sprays of bliss on my apron so I'm not sure how that contributed to the whole day. Overall it was good.

I love Bliss (which I have mentioned before). I am interested in the self effects of happiness. Have you or anyone else have some more experience with Happiness? My favorite part of Bliss is the self effects the other effects are just icing!JennyComment

Oh dear. All this time I thought Happiness was xsr32 NOT xs132. How awful
After testing xsr32 for a while, I came back here and saw where I misread it all, gads, can I blame mommy brain on this?

Just wanted to put my two ¢ in... I tried this last night after a long ass day of work, it was crazy all day at work, loud, nobody listened to me... It was just horrible, then I'm driving home and I'm like I'd just love to run in the house, take a long ass shower to wash the stress away, and stay locked up in my room. Well I pull up to the mailbox because I knew my lovely package had been waiting all day for me to come get them! I saw my loud annoying ass aunt was at the house so I went to the Y and sat in the parking lot as I un-wrapped my Pheros ????. The first fucking thing I ripped out that package was happiness which I desperately needed at that moment. I did two sprays (sitting in the car) and I was watching a FB live about finances so nothing exciting.... But I noticed when I got home to see my grandma I wasn't in a rush to avoid her and not talk, I was actually open to talking to her (I have a weird relationship with my grandma in my head - I'll explain in my journal). Like that's how I knew the shit was working because usually I just want to be secluded for the rest of the night without saying anything to her, but I actually spent a good hour having meaningful conversation. No nagging, no politics, no extra, no negative commentary (on my end)... Just simple talking. I definitely felt what others called "Selfies" I was so excited to experience it for the first time!
Tried this at work, let's just say I could have used this yesterday during the day because boyyyyy I was like .000002002 seconds from snapping on a bitch. ???? I wore it to work today nothing outstanding, I first used a spray to the face and one to the chest at 9AM. I will admit I was a little more well composed when my co-workers were on that bullshit, but of course the pheros not fool poof. But I felt leveled throughout the day, had less negative thoughts, I'm usually thinking, "Omg I want to go home/ I hate it here/ woe is me blah blah" But nope none of that. This was my first Phero from here with DM+ and it was good for that one story lol. But Um, I still need to do some testing with it... I feel like for me it needs to be paired with another Phero...
