Atomizer Priming
Do you prime your atomizer before spraying it on yourself?
This is something I used to do every time I sprayed a blend on my self. One reason is because sometimes the first spray would not come out as a full spray! If I sprayed the first spray on my self as a half spray then I’d have to add an additional spray, which makes it a 1 1/2 spray. Some blends I’m ok with doing that, but not with a blends like SOB. A lot of times I only want one spray of SOB on me, so I have to make sure and prime the atomizer.
Also, it could be my imagination but I feel like a blend works better if you prime the atomizer every time. When you’re not using the blend, some air probably gets in the tube, and it probably kind of settles down inside it. So shacking the bottle a little bit and priming probably does have some effect.
This is just from my observation and experience, and I could be wrong on this. Not to mention you do waste some of the juice by doing that. I find it very helpful tho, where dosing is important.
