Hey guys, I just couldn't resist posting an update. I had my first run with Taboo last night and I must say, I'm extremely impressed.
I decided to grab some Taco Bell for lunch yesterday. Before I left, I stared at all my new goodies for a good 5 minutes trying to decide what to run first. I've been dying to give Taboo a try, especially since my experiences with Summer Ammo were lackluster. I settled on two sprays to the neck and a shot of Bliss to the chin.
I walk in to Taco Bell and spot a nice 7HB blonde walking out the door with her order. I shoot her a friendly smile and she reciprocates. I don't count this as a hit, only because she was a good 5 or 6 feet away when this happened and I feel like my sig didn't have any time to reach her and elicit a response. I get to the counter and I'm greeted by the same late-30s Indian woman who I always see working there. Nothing out of the ordinary here. After I finish eating, I decided to really pig out and order another taco. When I walk back up to the woman, her eyes widened, she smiled and asked me what scent I was wearing. This took me by complete surprise. I told her it (Sultan's Oud) was a gift from a friend who visited Saudi Arabia and that I couldn't remember the name
She commented on how unique it was. Said she never smelled anything like it before. We bantered back and forth for a few minutes until I had to go. This woman has always been kind to me (I've been going here for years) but this is the first time she ever struck up any form of conversation with me. Still, not a big hit but it was nice.
A few hours later I went to a doctors appointment. I walk up to the receptionist (mid 20s, 5HB) and explain that I didn't actually have a scheduled appointment but was told by another receptionist to come in anyway. I was expecting some slight agitation from her (experienced this in the past in similar situations) but she was unusually calm and perky. I stood there for about 5-7 minutes as I paid my copay, scheduled the next appointment, etc. Her calm demeanor slowly changed and she began to act nervous, slightly blushing and scratching underneath her collar. I've never seen her like that before. I sit back down and wait to be called in to see the doc.
I wound up seeing a nurse practitioner who I haven't met before. She was probably late 40s and not particularly attractive. She seemed a little rushed and a bit rough around the edges but that changed within 2 minutes of me sitting down. An appointment that should have taken 15 minutes max turned into an hour long discussion about my life story. At the end of the appointment, she praised my candor and told me several times how impressed she was at my ability to speak articulately. We held strong eye contact for close to 4 seconds and I got the distinct feeling that this behavior was unusual for her, as she blushed bright red afterwards.
For as long as I can remember, I've never been able to elicit these types of reactions in women with no effort on my part. The aura Taboo has been projecting looks like a winner for me. I'm looking forward to giving it a run again today when I go out to run some errands. I have to say though, the results I seen yesterday were exactly what I hoped Summer Ammo would be when I first started with mones. It seems like a great general attractant that produces solid results without being over-the-top. It's something that I would feel comfortable wearing in almost any situation. This is my first take on the product but I'm feeling confident that Taboo will remain a staple in my arsenal.
I apologize for the long post; I was just so excited to report back and let you guys know that I'm having a great time with XS products. Yeah, they're not Kimba-caliber girls-glued-to-me insane hits
but I'm very happy to see a product doing what it promises! I'm also thinking of starting a journal in the future once I get some more experience and more interesting hits to report.
