Do the Putative Pheromones...IE XSP 86... come with Diffusion Technology?

No only the commercial product come with Diffusion Tech. If you buy putatives or research molecules you will have to add your own.

Check out Mixing Supplies. You'll find it there. Add 15 drops to a 10 ml bottle to give a 5% dilution.
