One of the primary aspects that Richard Bandler kept referring to when I trained with him for NLP was eye movement. If you know where a person is moving you can determine a lot about said person. The eyes are the windows to the soul indeed.

There are other charts available with a Google search if you're inclined to do so, however they are the same. Search for NLP eye movement chart. Understand this and you can understand what modality the person references when communicating with you. An understanding of their modalities will enable you to be an effective communicator and capitalize on that persons ability to comprehend you and thus agree with you. Its one of the most effective and easy aspects of NLP to learn.

Another is emotional processing which is a major aspect of success in itself. We all carry baggage so clearing it out and packing lightly enables us to move more rapidly and thus free ourselves from past mistakes and the typical guilt we associate with it. Its guilt that holds people back the most.

You know, I've seen that figure in lots of places but never figured out one thing b/c I can never seem to find it (or I'm just impatient and scan through too fast). Does that mean looking to MY RIGHT indicates constructed? Or does looking to MY LEFT indicate constructed?

I am not sure if I recall this right, but I believe I saw somewhere that those directions are switched if the person is left handed vs right handed. Has anyone else heard that?
