Considering buying another appartement

For moving actually. even if I already own an appartement and a cottage. But this place would be perfect for my music and the plans I have establish a record studio. I am at work now, but will tell more later.

Scottie2Hottie In the "upper floor", there is all the rooms an appartement must have, a huge kitchen (20kvm), two bedrooms, bathroom and a little hall, but down a stairs there is a 35kvm livingroom, that can be prepared for not a sound coming out from there. Perfect for my punk music creating.
