Leslie it really depends. If you.. are lacking motivation / doing cardio / having low testosterone / weightgain vs weightloose. I'm from germany, we may have other products here.

good! what supplement you use? I use no xplode and proteins(gold standart whey )

have you tried sport with your workouts? I heard its great for the gym, I haven't tried it out yet though.

no xplode looks good. I use most of the ingredients as well. How is the taste?
I prefer mixing smoothies with the supps I like most. I like to vary every day.

For proteins, I use eggs. I do have some protein pulver of course (Scitec Nutrition and ESN) but don't use it that often.
