No fap at all for a very long period, I imagine isn't healthy at all.. specially knowing that men we produce sperms everyday many times a day, and yes we have to take it out once in a while..

Sure, has many benefits being NOFAP for a while... for example energy, immune system and confidence.. and overall have a control over itself. In my opinion, porn is something that is better if avoided. Perhaps I should try NOFAP for few weeks...

You're welcome! Porn is really addicting...and with any addiction...it's not good for the mind..I think it's ok to ejaculate every 2 weeks...I've gone 90 days, and it made me feel real good...like my mood was great.

Once every two weeks sounds a good amount. Well, I have been clean for one night for the moment.. hahah Hopefully, I don't watch porn often... what I like and make me feel very strong...is going with no alcohol for long period of time, but still go out and stay in bars and discos.. coz is very easy do not drink if don't go out... For me the point is to be able to enjoy and do not have dependency on anything..

90 days no ejaculation, it sounds pretty long to me... 30-60 days sounds like a limit to me..

Having sex whenever man wants and women never say no, this is kind of powerful feeling..
