The first one: Have the "Eau de" part in solid/opaque so it pops out more? The transparency is kind of making it overshadowed by everything else. If it's not transparent, then the layer with the yellow thin zig-zags are making it a bit hard to see "Eau de". If the "Eau de" part isn't really that important, then it doesn't really matter since "pheromone" is the part that's standing out to indicate what the product is.
The logo is well placed. The brand name is a bit hard to read really fast, but a quick glance at the bottom right for "pheromone" should make it click pretty fast.
That's just from the perspective of someone who may not care or know what the poster is about and moving through the city with a quick glance.
The second picture, nice perspective/angle and effects
