    Testosterone In 2019 - Are we in danger?

    Personally, I hear more and more about decreasing testosterone in man. I know you hear about it as well.

    It is sad for me, that once men did not need any kind of testosterone therapy to feel like a real man again.

    I mean, in the environment we live in, it all goes against our nature. Bad diets, pornography and excessive masturbation, lack of sport, in some areas air/environment pollution - that all plays a significant role in how do we feel everyday.

    Our evolution is too slow to catch up to our technological progress.

    Based on one study, 84% of men use pornography frequently, and that creates hormonal imbalances in our brain, including dopamine (motivational hormone) and testosterone. And society, media etc. still say that it is totally healthy. Ugh, it is not. I wish it was, but the truth is something else. That is why many movements like Nofap and Pornfree have been created.

    I do not need to explain bad diet and lack of sport. You know exactly what is bad with it.

    The worst part of it, bad diets, pornography are almost EVERYWHERE. In typical food that one buys, and even mild pornography is in adds on various sites, video games, in the big part of the internet that we use daily.

    But what if there are many more things that society decides to mask up, fucks up with all of us, and we still do not know what it is?

    I know we are going to get to know about anything what is making us weaker some time in the future. Yet, it still shocks me about how many, many people have never experienced how it is like to feel like a real person. Not like dull, depressed, without energy person that is accepted to be normal.

    I'm a believer in THE POPULATION CONTROL THEORY. They put/hide soy in just about everything. And what does soy do to men? Breasts, belly fat, and lack of libido.

    Lack of T and ED are about as common as sunrise. It hurts my spirit to hear 20-somethings needing and using Viagra, and all the over the counter pills and ideas trying to get back in the groove. AS THE WORLD TURNS ....

        From personal experience:
        Instant food = pure poison = testosterone killer #1
        Read the ingredients list and you will know what I mean.
        I have made a experiment in the past and changed my food habits. No more fast food and instant food for 6 month and my test level rose up to medium level (from very low level).
        After that I've quit drinking alcohol and test level rose again.
        Seven month ago I've quit smoking and the testosterone test last month was amazing. Guess what, the test level has risen again and is now on a very high level.
        The solution is pretty simple: stop poison and harm your body and your test level will rise but it takes some time.

        Btw, I've never heard such a stupidity that too much wanking will result in decrease of testosterone level. Sorry but my personal opinion on this is = Bull:crap:

          I AGREE with all the above. As for wanking decreasing testosterone, it COULD if you're up there in age is my belief.

        Years ago, my son, around 25 years in age, called and said he must have gotten too much sex, because he didn't want any lately. I asked him what has he been consuming that was new. He said nothing but soy milk. I told him to stop drinking it, and up his water intake. Two weeks later, he called and said things were back to normal. Coincidence? From what I had been reading back then, NOT!

          Old people take a lot of pills, well, most of them. I see this almost every day and this amount of medicine affects your entire metabolism. Second thing is if you read all the side effects of that medicine and then consider the amount of medicine old people take, then you know what I'm talking about.
          Then they get a prescription for new medicine to get rid of the side effects of the medicine they have taken before.
          Doesn't sound healthy to me at all!!!!

          In my opinion this is the real reason why you have hormonal issues in general once you reached a certain age in your life. One sooner, one later.

              Phaethon It doesn't decrease testosterone. Too much porn does. Yet, it decreased DOPAMINE, and ups PROLACTIN (stress hormone). That's what I mean by hormonal imbalance (dopamine is a hormone too).

              If you want to learn more about dangerous sites of "wanking too much", read about sexual satiety, karezza, semen retention, or how people today have too much sex. Since I gave it a try, I achieved another level. And I never won't come back to being anxious and weak all the time again.

              So, to be clear again - masturbation doesn't decrease testosterone, but every other thing that I've mentioned does

                I think that we are starving ourselves via social-pressure through different "diets". Without enough fuel, stress-hormones rise, and our body compensates by shutting down/reducing all unnecessary functions including healthy androgen production.



                Porn, like ED, is simply a symptom of a larger problem.



                Re-feed, then make better choices by adding healthier foods/lifestyle choices.

                  Exactly! Yet, some people are too mentally weak, and on the next day find themselves addicted to various foods (sweets, cakes, fast foods etc.), impacting their ability to make better lifestyle choices. Pure sugar, for example, is addictive due to unnatural for people dopamine release.

                  Heck, even I catch myself on eating sometimes a little too much of unhealthy foods (mainly instant soups, lol).

                  I believe this is because of various substances E-like (E-381, E-19 or whatever), yet I cannot confirm that, since I haven't started to research that topic and have not any kind of proof. I'm sure there are various researches - I am just too lazy to find them *eats instant soup*

                  It does not mean people need to avoid every bad food forever - sometimes a little snack is very pleasurable (but only SOMETIMES).

                    That's it! People are meanwhile always in time pressure. They come home open a pouch of something, pour it into a pot, pour water over it, bring it to the boil and call this a soup *insert puking smiley here*
                    I always cook with fresh ingredients and I can't stand instant food or fast food anymore. After a couple of month you even see (not only feel) the first results like your skin looks better, healthier.
                    But everybody must decide this for himself. I decided to make the change a couple of years ago and I don't regret my decision.

                      I think sugar is actually a very healthy food (or supplement), but it uses up the body's vitamin and mineral resources, hence the demonetization.

                      Again, our inability to eat large amounts of sugar is a symptom, not the problem. With enough macros and micros, sugar is an excellent fuel source.

                        theLaw In your link you added, I see almost all references are made under 2000 year. I wouldn't not use them as a reliable source, since there probably are many more up to date researches that are diminishing them. People constantly learn something new about the world, and it is almost 20 year difference. If I find no new, reliable researches that are against those you shared in your link, then I am gonna consider to read them all (I've read only a little bit). But thanks for giving your five cents anyway

                          What you have just described is exactly how these faulty ideas become "mainstream" medicine.

                          You actively chose not to read the studies based on a "belief", not logic, because it's easier to use a heuristic like "newer studies are more accurate", than to actually criticize the science itself.

                          Science is not perfect, and can be influenced by an authoritarian system just as much as any other discipline, but many refuse to consider this due to the severe ramifications.

                            AS in add in sites for ponogragphy, my husband is an avide masterbater, which pisses me off and we often haven arguments on it, he tries to sneak it, like while i'm showering etc, but i often catch him on it, he uses the excuse that he does it cause he is stressed etc, but i don't think it's down to sites, cause he used to do it before the internet in front of the porno films!

                                      Only you and him know if it's an actual addition, but it definitely is possible. People do alot of stupid and unhealthy things with the stress reduction reasoning.
                                      How committed is he to finding other ways to reduce stress. EVERY ONE IS STRESSED! Also I'm pretty sure when a man ejaculates too much it weakens him and his energy.
