Personally, I hear more and more about decreasing testosterone in man. I know you hear about it as well.
It is sad for me, that once men did not need any kind of testosterone therapy to feel like a real man again.
I mean, in the environment we live in, it all goes against our nature. Bad diets, pornography and excessive masturbation, lack of sport, in some areas air/environment pollution - that all plays a significant role in how do we feel everyday.
Our evolution is too slow to catch up to our technological progress.
Based on one study, 84% of men use pornography frequently, and that creates hormonal imbalances in our brain, including dopamine (motivational hormone) and testosterone. And society, media etc. still say that it is totally healthy. Ugh, it is not. I wish it was, but the truth is something else. That is why many movements like Nofap and Pornfree have been created.
I do not need to explain bad diet and lack of sport. You know exactly what is bad with it.
The worst part of it, bad diets, pornography are almost EVERYWHERE. In typical food that one buys, and even mild pornography is in adds on various sites, video games, in the big part of the internet that we use daily.
But what if there are many more things that society decides to mask up, fucks up with all of us, and we still do not know what it is?
I know we are going to get to know about anything what is making us weaker some time in the future. Yet, it still shocks me about how many, many people have never experienced how it is like to feel like a real person. Not like dull, depressed, without energy person that is accepted to be normal.
