If it's XS bottle then you should be fine.
(If it wasn not underwater for more than 10 min)

There is a small chance that small amount of water can get thru the nasal spray it self
but it will require quite some time to be under water ~10min and above.

They are designed to hold liquid and not to leek
so that goes for the other way around.

i tend not to ask those kind of questions

as i really hated the:

I could not tell everyone that i have just droped a full 30ml bottle of IJ on the ground

Boring story, was mixing a blend, put cap on, grabbed my hookah and a pen to write down some numbers and hookah hose pulled the bottle into a cup of water.

I wish I had a good story for this one.

I love smoking, legal things. It is one of the few things I use to unwind. Even going out is now a job so a Hookah and a few minutes of free time is amazing.

Well, I haven't smoked a cigarette or cigar in over a year, but I will dabble in hookah every now and then. I rather enjoy the flavors and smoothness of it and the best part is I don't get hooked on it like cigs. It's a great way to chill out and socialize.
