Can Someone please explain Rep?

I have seen that on the accounts there is: rep
rep power
influencer etc


what does it all mean, sometimes i look at accounts and see rep 4, and rep power 2047
and then i see other other accounts with rep 8 and rep power 1067
these are just numbers by the way so not taken from any account, like it seems
jumbled to me, what needs to be taken into consideration, is it just the influencer that counts?

Every 1000 rep u get rep-power
Every 100 days since signed up you get rep-power
And there's a few others too.

Reputation
1. All Members start with a Default Reputation of 1
2. Each will give a Reputation +1 and the Current user Rep Power.
3. All admins/mods and PheromoneXS employees start from 0 rep power (or maybe we should punish them with a -1 )


Rep Power
Users gain 1 point of Rep Power for:

• Every 180 of days of their registration
• Every 50 posts
• Every 1000 points of reputation received (this is specially to avoid users with rep power over a 100 easily)
