This is a long overdue post/review.
I think I've made 5 orders so far, the latest one being yesterday. I've spent roughly $2k here in total, and I'm only putting that out there because I think it gives credence to the review, but the amount shouldn't matter. You guys treat every order no matter how big or small equally, because some have been big orders, some small, but your attention to the orders, lightning fast shipping is always on point!
Each time I order, not only is the shopping experience wonderful, I am eagerly waiting for my order like a kid waiting for a the latest toy. The only other time I've felt such exuberance in a product ordering, delivery, satisfaction process is with iPhones and Apple products in general. So basically, I equate your level of amazing service to a multi billion dollar company is kind of what I'm saying, but it definitely feels more humanly/personable than some big corporation.
The hand-written notes, the effort to fulfill our special requests, etc... you all go above and beyond and it's a testament to why this is such an awesome community in general. Thank you Steve-O for being awesome, no other way to put it, your passion for the products and customer service really shows. You set a standard, that even if there are competitors, I don't see them or care to seek them out haha. I know it sounds flattery, over-the-top, but you guys really are the best.
And I haven't even started on the products yet! Clearly the customer service is a big part, but your product quality is unmatched (at least from what I've experienced so far, in my opinion). Even the hardest hitting products don't have the edgy/raw factor I eventually grew wary of with other products from other sites, which lead to OD territory. Granted, being more in shape, and working out and sweating off the pheromones regularly and being privy to all that as a more experience pheromone user, it may be why, but there is no doubt your product quality is superior.
You've got a customer for life. I just hope you're around for as long as I hope to be
Thanks so much to all of you, all the customer support people, the people packing the shipments, the forum admins, the person who made the website and keeps everything secure and handled so well. Appreciate all of you.
