So today I received my package and I make sure to inspect my package. I had went through the check list myself and noted that I didn’t recieve XSR32, and I received an extra bottle of P96 & P86. No harm no foul I understand accidents happen.
Especially during a sale. So now that I know what I have can I still open my package or... 
And yes I did e-mail support.
You did the right thing by contacting us. What you also do in addition to sending a support ticket is attach a clear pic or pics of your package through the sealed bag to show what products you received. You show exactly how your package arrived so we can see the damage or missing product. Once you do that, of course you can open your package
You guys are hilarious. I never met a more spirited bunch. I will say though, shame on the gang for peer pressuring you into temptation.

Damn it I opened one of the bags. You posted about 20 minuets too late. Lol ???????? idk if it matters which one, but the one with the extra bottles I didn’t order I didn’t open. The one I opened had all of the bottles I paid for. You want me to take pics of both?
