How do I cancel an order that is processing?

I made a mistake to my order and ended up buying 2 of something when I wanted 1. I just made an order a few hours ago and I know that the processing and shipping is super fast. I tried to click on a return button but it said I had to first agree to an iron clad agreement, which I was looking for to agree on the Ironclad Agreement list but there was no button to agree on. Can you just please cancel orderID# ****

please submit a ticket right away if you need the order canceled.

By submitting an order you have only to agree to our shipping agreement located at checkout. (see attachment):
