Great Customer Service

So I had some questions and wanted to get some clarification, so I called. Steve answered the phone. Laid back but very informative. Answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. It is nice in this day and age to get that. Will continue with XS products!

Yeah, I call Steve a couple of times a year. He always makes time for me. Generally, they won't pull him out of the lab for a phone call but he gets back to you. The man has the answers. he politely lets me know if something I am asking is proprietary info but he also shares things I would think he would not. Real nice person to talk to. Kind of guy I could sit down and call a friend.
