So it's been a while since I posted anything but I wanted to say that I really appreciate the XS way of doing business. The last order that I placed fell victim to a mix up in shipping and as a result I got somebody else's order and they got mine. I sent an email describing the situation and the next morning I received a phone call from the Wizzard himself. He was cordial and eager to get the situation resolved and in the end he FedExed me my original order and told me to keep the mistaken one as a gift. I appreciated the gesture greatly but what really impressed me was the personal attention that I received from a guy who, I imagine, has a lot of irons in the fire. So, thanks! ~'bean

I have to agree the personal attention Steve and the whole XS team give their customers is what really puts them head and shoulders above the rest, the products aren't too shabby either. -
